Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Fred tries out his hypnotic skills on Wilma, but she only laughs at his efforts. However, Fred's mesmerizing does have a unique effect on Barney--who is now convinced that he's a dog! Howard McNear, better known as Floyd the Barber on The Andy Griffith Show, is heard as an aphorism-spouting doctor, and there's a terrific punchline gag in the climactic dog-pound scene.
