Tired of being wage slaves, Fred and Barney decide to purchase a diner. Of course, they must keep this transaction a secret from wives Wilma and Betty, which proves difficult when a pair of glamorous car-hops (who AREN'T named "Charlie" and "Irving") show up at the Flintstones' front door. This episode includes the celebrated "Car Hop Song" ("Here we come on the run/With a burger on a bun..."), which is hilariously reprised in the final scene at the "Club Rockadaro."
