synopsis
Independently produced by one Frank McConnell, this minor western starred Jack Donovan and McConnell's daughter, Gladys McConnell, in a very ordinary story of a cowboy searching for the villain who framed him in a robbery. The culprit is -- surprise! -- the crooked ranch foreman, which every child in the audience had guessed the minute nasty-looking character actor Albert J. Smith appeared on screen. Hero Jack Donovan was a well-known architect. He never made it as a bona fide western star but did contribute to several well-known Hollywood eateries.
