Synopsis
Alexander believes his authority is being challenged when Cesare lands in northern Italy with a French army and plans to destroy the Sforza dynasty. Meanwhile, Catherina plots to use biological warfare; and punitive taxes are imposed on the newly arrived Jewish community to fund Alexander's Crusade.
