synopsis
An elderly farmer unearths a mysterious otherworldly object while excavating a dead tree, and unleashes a horror from the deepest corners of the cosmos in this earthbound sci-fi shocker. When the dormant occupants inside are revived by a sudden surge of power, the terrified farmer and his neighbors find themselves fighting a malevolent extraterrestrial as a group of enigmatic government agents watch from afar.
