Synopsis by Janiss Garza

The wealthy and influential Harcourt (William J. Brady) has two grown children, Katherine (Dorothy Bernard) and Dick (Jack Sherrill). Dick has decided to give up his shiftless ways and prove himself through hard work. But to his father's disgust, Dick has also fallen in love with his secretary, Miriam Collins (Florence Hamilton). Katherine, meanwhile, is still partying on a daily basis and has become involved with Antonio, a dancer (Joseph Granby). Antonio's dancing partner, Pepita (Jean Stuart), abandoned her husband, Jose (Tom Ward), and children in Argentina; now Jose has tracked her down to New York. Jose murders the wayward Pepita; at the same time, Katherine is busy fighting off Antonio's advances. Later, when Antonio is accused of Pepita's murder, Katherine is the only person who can offer an alibi. To save her from scandal, Miriam offers to take the blame. Dick is shocked by the news, but her action serves to unite him with his estranged father.
