In spite of its title, this film starring Danny Lee Sau-yin is a high-octane action flick inspired in part by Romeo and Juliet. Uptight cop Lee and crime lord Wong (Wu Ma) are longtime archenemies whose mutual hatred balloons after Lee's sister, Tung (Fennie Yuen Kit-yung), and Wong's son, KK, fall in love. After a nasty brouhaha at a birthday party, Lee and his associates start to close down Wong's bars, gambling dens, and brothels. In response, Wong's unfortunately named henchman, Vicky (Ricky Yee Fan-wai), gets Lee framed, landing him in hot water with the Internal Affairs office. However, Lee soon learns that Vicky is embezzling millions from Wong and running a drug running business on the side. Soon the two enemy join forces to set things right.
