As the castaways enter their 7th, 8th, and 9th day on the island of Koh Taruto, tempers flare amongst the members of the Sook Jai tribe. Even more contentious is the Reward Challenge, in which one player is throttled by another. In a way, it is understandable since the "prize" of the challenge consists of two professional soldiers who will offer their help and advice to the winning tribe. As the episode progresses, it appears that the competition is falling along gender lines with men against women. Ultimately, a third castaway is voted off the island -- this time not from the diminished Chauy Gahn tribe but from Sook Jai.
