Director and writer Gordana Bostov has developed a slow and weighty film on a woman's classic dilemma: should she choose a career over a husband, or a husband over a career? -- for some reason, it is assumed a woman cannot have both. In this version of the theme, a young woman skilled in the art of fencing has to decide whether to work toward a championship in the sport she loves or to give it up and remain a housewife with the man she loves. Based on her eagerness to regain her stride after a series of setbacks, the ultimate choice seems fairly obvious to everyone except herself.
