A poorly planned panty raid sets the stage for terror in this tongue-in-cheek slasher film featuring Reggie Bannister and Joe Estevez. Before that fateful Hell Night initiation back in 1995, the Zeta house was your typical Midwestern sorority house. After the murders, however, the dark legend surrounding the Zeta house refused to die. Two decades later, the latest crop of Zeta girls are vacationing at an off campus property when their house mother, two suspicious caretakers, and an unruly group of frat boys decide to crash their summer bash. But there's one other person who wants in on the fun too, and they're willing to kill in order to join the party.
