Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
A medieval sex drug makes a deadly comeback when it turns modern-day college students into bloodthirsty maniacs in this variation on the popular vampire theme from first-time filmmaker Patrick Johnson. First discovered in 1646, the controversial drug was quickly banished by the church when users were found to be transformed into animalistic killing machines with an unquenchable thirst for blood. Though all vials of the deadly elixir were thought to be destroyed centuries ago, the discovery of some untouched samples quickly spawns rumors of an "orgasm" drug that makes ecstasy sound like little more than a strong cup of coffee. When bodies start piling up on the college party scene, it appears as if the long-thought-lost drug may be returning with a vengeance.
