She's My Baby begins with several scenes of a blissfully happy young couple on their honeymoon. One quick flash-forward later, and we're twenty years into the marriage. By this time, the husband and wife never speak when shouting will do, and it is this marital animosity that drives their daughter out of the house. Mom, Dad and Daughter all converge on a roadhouse, where Mom is dallying with a phoney prince and Dad is canoodling with a young chorus girl. Daughter manages to make her parents see the error of their ways, and the final scene shows the sadder-but-wiser couple renewing their wedding vows.
