In this release specially designed to help women get their bodies ready for bikini season, fitness trainers Lisa Wheeler and Michelle Dozois offer exercises that aim to firm the abs, shape the hips and thighs, lift the rear, and tone the torso. In addition to offering four 15-minute segments designed to shape up each section of the body, the additional ability to target either a specific area or shuffle all four workouts allows home viewers to keep their workout interesting. A bonus 20-minute fat-burning interval workout offers three cardio segments designed to accelerate the toning effects of the main workout. This release is designed for users of all fitness levels, and is intended to be used with two to three sets of dumbbells ranging from three to eight pounds; a chair; and an exercise mat.
