Synopsis by Tracie Cooper
A sewage worker with the unfortunate luck of having become trapped in an underground septic tank undergoes a hideous transformation. Now a mutant, his only chance of escape is dependant upon partnering with a docile giant to confront a homicidal psychopath who also lives among the sewers.
