When George is convinced he's having a heart attack, he goes to the emergency room only to find out that he's actually suffering from tonsillitis. Not wanting to pay for the cost of having surgery to have the tonsils removed, George visits an holistic healer on the advice of Kramer. Stephen Tobolowsky of Groundhog Day and Memento guest stars as Tor, the healer. Originally airing April 25, 1991, "The Heart Attack" was the 11th episode shot for the second season, despite being the eighth one shown.
