Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
With sales slumping and her business quickly falling in to the red, the sexy CEO of the Mother Knows Best Toy Company goes to desperate measures to lure in a genius toy designer in this campy 1970s comedy starring Batman babe Julie Newmar and featuring music by legendary composer Quincey Jones. In order to save her company from bankruptcy, Mother (Newmar) must come up with a toy that will take the world by storm. Though all signs point to nerdy toy wiz Clyde King (Wally Cox) as the man with the power to give Mother's business the boost it needs, King seems strangely immune to the salacious prostitutes that Mother has hired out to lure him in to the company fold. Just as Mother begins to suspect that her efforts have been in vain, the discovery of King's Oedipus complex leads the savvy business lady to explore a more personal tactic of winning the nerdy toy designer over.
