synopsis
Set in the near future when Christian fundamentalists overthrow the U.S. government, Second Coming tells the story of two high school boys who fall deeply in love in spite of the homophobic, racist, and anti-Semitic sentiment propaganda that is sweeping the country. They join a resistance group made up of students who protest living under religious, fascist rule, and stand up for their right to love and think their own way.
