synopsis
While Mr. Carosi (Ernie Sabella) is temporarily away, he leaves Stacey (Leah Remini) in charge of Malibu Sands. Her hard-nosed management tactics turn off the cooking staff so much that they all quit. If that isn't bad enough, the gang discovers that there are two parties scheduled at the same time.
