Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
Celebrated documentary filmmaker Nick Broomfield (Kurt & Courtney, Aileen: The Life and Death of a Serial Killer) focuses his lens on conservative American politician Sarah Palin, speaking with her family, friends, and former colleagues in a probing attempt to understand her motivations and aspirations. Broomfield travels to Alaska in order to interview her parents, former rivals, and extended family members of Levi Johnston, all the while attempting to score an interview with the original Mama Grizzly.
