A pair of desperate migrant workers cross the border into Texas in hopes of raising the funds needed to restore the vision of a young girl, only to fall prey to a ruthless gang of black market organ dealers in this installment of the popular lucha libre adventure series. Young Florecita's eyesight is fading fast, and if she isn't rushed in for surgery soon all hope will be lost. When her two friends attempt to cross the border to seek employment at Mr. Richard's ranch, they are quickly abducted by the evil Dr. Sombora. A nefarious medical misfit who's diabolical plot to run organs on the black market involves the kidnapping of a number of Mexican immigrants, Dr. Sombora never anticipated the intervention of dynamic do-gooder El Santo.
