Synopsis by Jason Buchanan

Sci-fi pulp meets rock 'n' roll attitude in this freewheeling heavy metal adventure about a doer of dirty deeds who gets caught up in a drug deal gone horribly awry and the giant robot that may be his ticket to salvation. Masaru is an all-purpose "handyman" who works for sleazy criminals Ibuse and Tom Brothers. His jobs can include everything from scouting for porn stars to stealing panties for perverts. Though Masaru's best friend Kou is in the same line of work, Kou's willingness to accept far darker and degrading contracts usually finds him getting the bulk of the work. Of course that's fine by Masaru, as that frees him up to freeload off of his girlfriend Kiriko, a scheming tattoo artist. But in Masaru and Kou's line of work, all it takes to turn your life upside down is one troublesome assignment - and that's just what happens when the two pals become the fall guys for a seriously botched drug deal. As grim as things may look at the moment though, Masaru may have an ace in the hole thanks to agitated science nerd Nirasawa. Nirasawa has recently formed something of an obsession over the spiky-haired Masaru, and claims to have recently worked on a top-secret project dubbed Land Zeppelin. A giant robot designed to protect planet Earth from invading extraterrestrials, Land Zeppelin may be just the thing Masaru and Kou need in order to gain the upper hand over the drug dealers currently seeking to rub them out.
