Legendary soprano Renée Fleming and baritone vocalist Dmitri Hvvorostovsky team up for this concert of duets, arias, and songs performed in the palace theaters of St. Petersburg, Russia. The program, which highlights composers including Rachmaninov, Tchaikovsky and Verdi, features selections including: the duets from Act IV of Il Trovatore and Act I of Simon Boccanegra; the final scene from Eugene Onegin; Natasha's Aria from Oprichnik, and much more. The State Hermitage Orchestra lends symphonic accompaniment under the baton of Constantine Orbelian.
