Filmmaker Matthew Ross adapts Eric Bogosian's play concerning a celebrated author named David Blau (Fisher Stevens) who spends most of his time as a guest lecturer at an elite East Coast college seducing pretty female students. When David meets Leena (Katie Nehra), he quickly finds out that even a man of his status is capable of getting in over his head.
