Synopsis by Nathan Southern
Robert Spediacci plays Preston West, a man with a mission, in the low-budget indie mystery Rail Kings. When both of Preston's parents are shot dead, the police happen upon West, body unconscious, murder weapon at his side. Accused of the double slaying, West recalls that he espied a shadowy figure racing from the scene and hopping a freight train. He reasons that this unsavory character -- responsible for the deaths of his mom and dad -- must be the mysterious homicidal vagrant known across the land as Phantom 13, with countless murders under his belt. Determined to salvage his own name and avenge the deaths of his folks, Preston and his uncle set out on a quest to bring Phantom 13 to justice. Screen vet Ernest Borgnine (Marty, The Dirty Dozen) makes a cameo appearance as Streamtrain, a retired hobo who assists the two pursuers.
