Synopsis by Janiss Garza

After an argument with his father, in which he is accused of stealing, Bill Carmody (Harold Lockwood) leaves home. His girlfriend Ethel (May Allison) is mad at him because of his carousing. So he heads out West, but he gets in a railroad accident and saves the life of Appleton (W.H. Bainbridge), who owns a lumber mill. To reward Bill, Appleton gives him a job, and it doesn't take him long to discern that Buck Moncrossen, the camp boss (Lester Cuneo), is crooked. Moncrossen does all he can to get rid of Bill, and this culminates in a fistfight between the two men. Ethel has come out as a guest of Appleton and she sees the fight, in which Bill beats the camp boss. Bill then proves he is innocent of his father's accusations and Ethel forgives him.
