Lisa Keller M.D. and instructor Jennie Arndt team up to teach this instructional video that guides viewers through a set of yoga stretches, strengthening poses, and relaxation segments designed for pregnant women and new mothers. The two women demonstrate and explain each yoga pose in the 20-minute routine, which includes a four-minute deep-relaxation segment, and seven minutes devoted to postnatal yoga involving a series of abdomen-focused exercises.
