Synopsis by Hal Erickson

While working in her kitchen, Olive notices that there's a tiny leak in one of the water pipes. As the leak gets bigger and bigger, Olive summons plumber Wimpy (who sound like W.C. Fields in this cartoon), but he is repeatedly detained from rushing to her assistance, usually because he's forgotten something back at the shop. By the time Popeye shows up to lend a helping hand, the "little leak" has morphed into a veritable Niagara. This is comic animation at its best, especially in the climax, wherein the multitudinous streams of water seem to take on a life of their own.
