synopsis
This high-flying made-for-television adventure chronicles the colorful and exciting life of Florence Pancho Barnes. Before becoming an aviatrix, Barnes lived a different sort of high life as a wealthy socialite. Looking for excitement, she obtained her pilot's license and from there became a barnstormer, stunt pilot and military flight instructor. During the course of her distinguished career, Ms. Barnes raced Amelia Earhart and dined with legendary test pilot and future astronaut Chuck Yeager.
