Director Shogoro Nishimura's sequel to his own Osanazuma No Kokuhaku: Shogeki! brings back babyfaced Yuko Katagiri as Yuko, but this time she is an entirely different character. It's a sordid rural potboiler with Yuko working in a bar and falling for a drifter even though she's engaged to another man. Her fiance's brother rapes her, and then the drifter's other girlfriend stabs him to death in a barroom brawl. Understandably, Yuko decides to leave town. Morio Kazama co-stars with Kunio Shimizu and Naomi Oka. Followed by yet another unrelated (and vastly inferior) sequel, Osanazuma No Kokuhaku: Shisshin!
