In this Yugoslavian tragi-comedy, a young and naive housewife attempts to escape boredom and abuse following a lovemaking episode with a truck driver. The driver had made a bet that he could talk her into going to bed with him. Despite the sordid quality of this episode, it gives the girl a sense that her life could be better than it is, and she leaves home to try to find the truck driver. Along the way, she loses all her clothing, discovers that the driver is happily married, and narrowly avoids rape as she hitchhikes back home.
