Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
This is a satire about movies and moviemaking, and a movie about a group of actors and technicians who have come together to make a movie. As often the case in such movies, the movie-within-a-movie is the key to the rest of the story. In this one, Boy (Orlow Seunke) runs a decrepit gas station in a remote location. Everthing is fine for him until Buzz (Kees Van Kooten) builds a brand new, state-of-the-art gas station right next door to him. Further problems arise when Boy falls in love with Buzz's daughter. On the set, the two men are also rivals, in this case for the affections of an actress.
