A cocaine-addicted college student makes a deal with the Devil to become President of the United States so he can shred the Constitution and rule as a Communist dictator in this thinly-veiled political satire from writer/star Kenneth Del Vecchio (The Drum Beats Twice). After transferring to from Occidental College to Columbia University, the future ruler becomes a law student at Harvard and goes on to become a community organizer, all the while training under his diabolical mentor The Righteous Reverend. Later ascending to the White House, Satan's puppet realizes his role of the Antichrist, leading millions of unsuspecting souls into the fiery depths of Hell.
