synopsis
The French-American Double Agents was originally titled La Nuit des Espions; it was also released in some markets as Night Encounter. Director/writer Hossein costars with Marina Vlady in this intricate World War 2 spy drama. The story gets under way when a female German agent is dispatched to the Normandy Coast to deliver crucial papers. The British find out, intercept the German, and send Free-French operative Marina in her place. Can she fool German contact Robert Hossein? And is Hossein all that he seems to be? .
