Synopsis
"Nuclear Nightmare: Losing Control" (Part 2) explores the threat of nuclear attack, launched by states or terrorists. Segments focus on North Korea, and India and Pakistan, and on loosely guarded stockpiles of weapons and enriched uranium in the former Soviet Union. One case studied is of a Russian engineer who stole three pounds of enriched uranium. He was caught in 1993. Walter Cronkite narrates. Frank Sesno moderates a follow-up discussion segment.
