The Indian love story Ninne Istapaddanu begins with college-boy Charan (Tarun) falling in love with Sanjana (Anitha) after despising each other at first. After graduation, she leaves for the city of Hyderbad. He decides to follow her and makes friends with Boney (Rajiv Kanakala), who is headed there to acquire a wife. Charan also meets Geeta, a woman who works for Indian Radio and quickly becomes part of his life. When Charan finally meets up once again with Sanjana, she declares that she never loved him, that she was only getting revenge for his casual cruelty. She also informs him that she is getting married -- to Boney. What follows are a series of pairings and unpairings between the four main characters.
