Set in Macedonia in 1903 when the people were fighting off Turkish invaders, this well-made historical drama is about the guerrilla fighters who continued to fight for three months against the Turkish army when others had given up. Director Stevo Crvenkovski follows the fortunes of individual rebels as they are betrayed by Bulgarian informers and closed in by Turkish troops.
