synopsis
Set in the world of the Hong Kong film industry, Lawrence Lau's My Name Is Fame stars Lau Ching-Wan as an actor who has great respect for his craft, but his devotion sometimes leads to fractured relationships with his co-workers. Soon a young actress (Huo Siyan) attaches herself to the man, attempting to glean whatever lessons she can from the man she wants to be her mentor.
