Synopsis by Hal Erickson
The network wants "FYI" to prepare a retrospective of the team's best stories, with appropriate film and video clips. After seeing her "old" and "new" self side by side, a depressed Murphy (Candice Bergen) broods over her lost youth. This leads to a sentimental journey to her home town of Philadelphia--and an unexpected episode denoument. This was the last Wednesday-night Murphy Brown episode; after a four-month hiatus, the series returned to its original Monday slot to close out its final season.
