In America's future, a totalitarian government known as the Sodality has assumed power and driven most citizens underground. Jacob Stryker (Auggi Alvarez) escapes from a prison complex where he's been held captive and subjected to bizarre experiments in order to produce an unstoppable warrior race. He is searching for his son Caleb, who bears the same government-sponsored abnormality that afflicts his father: when overcome with rage, Stryker has the ability to shape-shift into a wolf. The experiments have also imbued his blood with antibodies that can cure disease, so a scrappy group of rebels assist Stryker in a seemingly impossible quest to overthrow the Sodality and rescue humanity.
