Naturally, Jerry takes full advantage of this situation after Tom moves into a ritzy penthouse apartment at 1 Park Avenue. Doing everything he can to avoid Jerry and thus resist temptation, Tom is foiled by the malevolent mouse, who gets even for years of abuse with weapons ranging from a fancy parfait to a luxurious bed.
