Synopsis by Janiss Garza
Actor George Walsh (brother of Raoul) often used his athletic abilities as much as his acting talents, and this Fox feature is a prime example. Jack Ballantine (Walsh) is a football hero who inherits a fortune from his father. His father mentions in his will that he would prefer that his son marry a young widow, Vera Morton (Velma Whitman), but in any case, he must settle down before he gets the bulk of the money. So Jack tries his hand at business and fails. Then, while he is at a prize fight, there is a big battle over a decision and Jack mistakenly believes he has killed the arbiter. He takes a train out of town, but it's held up by bandits. Jack knocks them all down then dodges the sheriff, who he believes is chasing him. Finally he meets Jane Billon (Anna Luther). He saves her from a group of thugs and finally settles down. But all is not lost for Vera -- she has already married Jane's rich father.
