Synopsis by Cammila Collar
Dr. Hell is truly living up to his name, with a plan to resurrect a mechanical army in order to take over the world. Standing in his way is Mazinkaiser and the runner behind him, Koji Kabuto. Dr. Hell means to start his campaign by destroying the photon power lab, but with heroes like this, he might not even get that far.
