Synopsis by Hal Erickson
This episode's title notwithstanding, Bruce Springsteen does not appear, either walking or running. It all begins with Al Bundy (Ed O'Neill) down in the dumps after he fails the written part of his driver's license renewal. At the same time, Al's daughter Kelly (Christina Applegate) gets her first license. Will Al swallow his masculine pride and allow his novice-driver daughter to chauffeur him around? Well, if he doesn't, he'll never make it to racetrack in time for that "sure thing."
