Synopsis by Jonathan Crow

Stephen Yip Tin-hang spins this low-budget Category III gross-out black comedy about a hairdresser gone wrong. May (Hilary Tsui Ho-ying) and former beautician Dee (Wong Hei) get their kicks by enticing unsuspecting innocents to their apartment, chopping them up, giving them a rinse and dye job, and dumping the chunks in a nearby river. One day while disposing with some remains, they are seen by Cheung Siu-fa (Annie Man Chung-han), a retarded child who lives in a nearby institution. Though Dee tries to kill the girl, Siu-fa saves her life from the institution's insane transvestite headmaster. Instead, Dee abducts the lass and demands a ransom. Soon, though, she develops affection for the kid, driving a wedge between she and May.
