synopsis
In this melodrama, a prominent Parisian businessman's wife finds her life incredibly boring until she has an affair with a greasy garage mechanic who is only after her money. Trouble ensues when the malicious mechanic tampers with the car he assumes the husband will drive but inadvertently kills another.
