This historical account of Peruvian battles for independence over Spain is plagued by poor production, acting and voice dubbing. The rebels follow San Martin and Simon Bolivar to beak free from the monarchy in Madrid. The spectacular scenery of Peru is the only redeemable feature this uneven and haphazardly made film.
