Director Tony Buba returns to Braddock, Pennsylvania in this documentary of a dying steel-mill town. With offbeat humor and journalistic flair, he interviews striking steel workers -- who blast their bosses for closing the mill -- and a number-running schemer who claims to have made Buba's career. Clips from his previous films are effectively inserted, and Buba frequently recalls his own life experiences to illustrate the changes in his former hometown.
