Synopsis by Jason Buchanan

The shadow of fatherhood looms large over three thirty-something friends who may not be ready to tackle such lofty responsibilities in French director Ricardo Trogi's heady relationship comedy. Despite his seeming ambivalence towards the prospect of fatherhood, Fred (Patrice Robitaille) is forced to make up his mind regarding the matter when his girlfriend purposefully fails to renew her prescription for birth-control pills. Meanwhile, the pregnant belly of Paul's (Pierre-Francois Legendre) girlfriend is driving the terrified father-to-be to seek physical gratification elsewhere for fear that he will never again sleep with another woman. Though Fred and Paul's good friend Sébastian (Jean-Philippe Pearson) appears to be adjusting to fatherhood well enough following the birth of his eight-month-old child, the loving father and husband soon begins to suspect that life may be passing him by and prepares to risk everything to find out.
