synopsis
In association with the Artemis Wildlife Foundation, Ben Kahn produces, edits, and directs The Last Link, a documentary about the old world traditions of shepherding. Host Pete Camino travels around the world to witness the agricultural lifestyle of shepherds, a way of life that is slowly dying out. In the Pyrenees mountain range in France and the Bighorn Mountains in Wyoming, shepherds maintain a strong connection to their past as well as to the land itself.
