Synopsis by Mark Deming

The fiend who stalked the streets of Hollywood takes his murderous ways to another Sin City in this low-budget horror outing from Ray Dennis Steckler. Jonathan Klick (Pierre Agostino), who gained infamy as the Hollywood Strangler, is released from prison on a technicality after a mere six years behind bars, and leaves a maximum security lock-up in Nevada for the bright lights of Las Vegas. In Vegas, Klick resumes his career as a sex-crazed killer, picking up hookers and nude models and taking their lives with the force of his bare hands. Meanwhile, Clarence and Jack (Ron Jason and Chris Cave), a pair of ne'er-do-wells, go on a small-scale crime spree, mugging women for their purses until they move on to bigger and more dangerous things. The Las Vegas Serial Killer was Steckler's sequel to The Hollywood Strangler Meets The Skid Row Slasher, though like that film the direction is credited onscreen to Wolfgang Schmidt.
